Warehouse front and forecourt

The space

A newly finished steel-frame warehouse with a wood-look clad front under a curved metal canopy, blue side elevations and paver side passages lined by a perforated black metal screen. Inside are large empty floors with exposed steel columns, trusses and skylights, an upper level with a lift core, plus oblique and top-down drone views of the building among neighbouring sheds.
